Job summary

Clear Channel Outdoor is seeking a Senior Technical Solution Architect for ServiceNow to own the platform architecture, standards, and governance. You will translate complex business needs into scalable, secure solutions, guiding implementations across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and CMDB/CSDM.

The role demands senior technical leadership, hands-on design experience, and the ability to mentor delivery teams. Excellent collaboration with stakeholders is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7+ years in enterprise or solution architecture, including 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow design across multiple product lines.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end technical architecture for ServiceNow platform.
• Develop platform roadmap, instance strategy, and technical standards.
• Create blueprints and reference architectures aligned with CSDM and best practices.
• Lead architectural decisions and design reviews ensuring secure, upgradeable solutions.
• Govern integrations using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP, MID Server, and ETL; promote reusable patterns.
