Job summary

Alliant Insurance Services seeks an experienced ServiceNow Platform Owner (Architect V) to lead architecture, design, and delivery of transformational platform implementations. You will partner with IT leadership, developers, and business stakeholders to translate imperatives into scalable ServiceNow solutions that drive value and platform health.

You will guide end-to-end architecture, own the platform roadmap, and oversee delivery teams across modules like ITSM, CSM, HRSD, GRC, and SAM, while

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer technology or equivalent combination of education and experience.
8+ years of ServiceNow platform expertise (architecture, implementation, delivery).
8+ years designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions across multiple product lines (ITSM, CSM, HRSD, GRC, FSO, SAM).
ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
Certified Master Architect (CMA).
Enterprise Architecture Certification.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end ServiceNow architecture, design, and implementation strategy; own the platform roadmap from discovery through go-live and optimization.
Direct delivery teams on complex multi-module implementations; ensure adherence to best practices and governance.
Engage IT leadership and business stakeholders to define platform vision, outcomes, and change management; serve as trusted technical advisor.
Define scalable, secure, and maintainable architecture solutions for ServiceNow modules, integrations, and custom applications.
Design platform architecture, data models, integration patterns, and data governance aligned with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with IT project managers and business analysts to translate requirements into designs and user stories.
Ensure solution alignment with enterprise architecture and platform best practices.
Review technical design documents, data models, and integration patterns for quality and compliance.
Lead scope management, risk mitigation, and escalation on complex implementations; drive accountability for schedule and outcomes.
Partner with IT teams and external partners; coordinate delivery and knowledge transfer across teams.
Assess existing ServiceNow instances and recommend remediation and optimization strategies.
Participate in governance boards and strategy forums; escalate for technical strategy and change decisions.
Develop proofs-of-concept, technical specs, and business cases quantifying platform value.
Coach and mentor junior architects and delivery teams on best practices and methodologies.
