Job summary

Alliant seeks a ServiceNow Platform Owner (Architect V) to lead design and delivery of transformational platform implementations. You will partner with IT leadership, developers, and business stakeholders to translate imperatives into scalable ServiceNow solutions across modules.

This leadership role bridges technical excellence with strategic outcomes, engages with governance boards, and drives platform health, adoption, and sustainable value realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer technology or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Eight or more years of experience in ServiceNow Platform Expertise (Primary Focus).
• Eight or more years of hands-on experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions across multiple product lines.
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
• Certified Master Architect (CMA).
• Enterprise Architecture Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow architecture, solution design, and implementation strategy; own the platform roadmap from discovery through go-live and optimization.
• Direct delivery teams (developers, functional analysts, administrators, testers) on complex, multi-module implementations (ITSM, CSM, HRSD, GRC, FSO, etc.).
• Engage with C-suite and IT leadership to define strategic platform vision and business outcomes.
• Define scalable, secure architecture solutions for ServiceNow modules, integrations, and custom apps.
• Design platform architecture, data models, integration patterns, and data governance frameworks.
