Exiger is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Manager to lead the strategic direction, governance, and hands-on administration of our ServiceNow environment. This role will oversee the platform’s development lifecycle—from design and implementation to optimization and maintenance—ensuring alignment with Exiger’s technology roadmap.

Qualifications

• 7–9 proven years of experience managing or developing within enterprise ServiceNow environments.
• Deep understanding of TPSM, SPM, and SOM modules.
• Strong technical foundation in workflow automation, scripting, and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
• Experience defining platform roadmaps, governance, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the ServiceNow platform, ensuring stability, security, and scalability.
• Lead the configuration, customization, and deployment of ServiceNow modules including TPSM, SPM, and SOM.
• Define and maintain platform governance, architecture standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, and business stakeholders to align ServiceNow capabilities with organizational goals.
• Oversee integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
• Manage upgrades, patches, and releases while minimizing disruption to operations.
• Drive automation and process improvement initiatives across IT and business workflows.
• Mentor and guide administrators and developers supporting the platform.
• Monitor performance, ensure data integrity, and maintain system documentation.
• Establishes and enforces governance frameworks, policies, and best practices for the platform.
