Job summary

Addition Solutions is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Manager to own a developing platform, shape the roadmap, strengthen governance and deliver real value across the organization.

This 6‑month Corp‑to‑Corp contract focuses on platform leadership, governance and demand management, while expanding ITSM/CSM capabilities and managing the external SI. There is potential for extension or conversion to a permanent role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow experience across platform management, product ownership, administration, business analysis or consulting.
• Experience taking meaningful ownership of a ServiceNow environment, ideally within an enterprise organisation.
• Strong ServiceNow governance and roadmap experience, with the confidence to balance strategic platform decisions with day-to-day delivery.
• Proven experience managing a ServiceNow SI or implementation partner, including the technical understanding to challenge designs, estimates and proposed solutions.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM and CSM, with broader exposure to areas such as CMDB/CSDM, ITOM, ITAM, Service Catalog, workflow automation or Performance Analytics beneficial.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementations Specialist certifications across ITSM and CSM
• Strong understanding of ITIL principles; ITIL Foundation certification would be beneficial.
• Ability to gather business requirements, lead stakeholder conversations and translate competing priorities into a structured platform backlog.
• Comfortable being hands-on when required rather than operating solely at management level.
• IRM experience would be particularly useful as the platform moves into its next phase of development.
• Experience working in enterprise environments preferred, although strong consulting or high-growth/scale-up experience will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Take overall ownership of the ServiceNow platform, with roughly 70% of your time focused on platform leadership, governance and delivery oversight
• Build and manage the ServiceNow roadmap, aligning investment and priorities with changing business requirements
• Own the backlog and demand process, turning stakeholder requirements into clear priorities and achievable platform improvements
• Manage the relationship with the external Systems Integrator, reviewing and challenging solution designs, estimates, delivery plans and technical approaches
• Ensure the business retains strong internal platform knowledge, documentation and governance rather than becoming overly dependent on external partners
• Oversee releases, testing, upgrades, platform maintenance and change activity across the ServiceNow environment
• Work directly with stakeholders across IT, Security, Infrastructure, Enterprise Applications and wider business functions to improve processes and platform adoption
• Continue developing existing ITSM and CSM capabilities while identifying opportunities to expand ServiceNow across the organisation
• Help improve employee onboarding and other internal workflows through automation and better use of the platform
• Assess future modules and capabilities, with Integrated Risk Management (IRM) among the next areas being considered
• Keep approximately 30% of the role technically focused, stepping into administration or configuration where needed while the SI handles the majority of development work
• Improve reporting, dashboards and KPIs to give leadership greater visibility over platform performance, adoption, demand and delivery
• Maintain strong controls around integrations, access, data quality, technical debt and platform customisation
