Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Manager, ServiceNow Platform to lead vision, governance, and delivery of the enterprise ServiceNow platform. You will own the platform roadmap, investment planning, release governance, and stakeholder engagement with business leaders, technical teams, and partners.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of ServiceNow experience with deep platform knowledge.
• 5+ years of leadership experience overseeing enterprise platforms, products, or ServiceNow teams.
• Proven experience owning and governing an enterprise-wide ServiceNow platform.
• Strong experience with: ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
• Demonstrated success leading ServiceNow transformation, modernization, or governance initiatives.
• Experience managing managed service providers, strategic partners, and vendor relationships.
• Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to build investment cases and influence executive stakeholders.
• Proven track record of delivering governance and platform outcomes in a complex enterprise environment.
• Experience leading and developing technical teams, including Business Analysts, Developers, and Administrators.

Responsibilities

• Lead the vision, strategy, governance, and delivery of the enterprise ServiceNow platform.
• Own the platform roadmap, investment planning, release governance, and stakeholder engagement.
