Job summary

Fullsteam Operations LLC is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Engineer to own administration, ensure high availability and security, and deliver innovative solutions in a remote environment. The role focuses on maintaining health, performance, and governance across enterprise environments.

You will design workflows, automate processes, and integrate ServiceNow with other systems while collaborating with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of four years of hands‑on ServiceNow administration experience in mid‑to‑large enterprise environments.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules, Service Catalog, CMDB, and workflow automation.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, REST/SOAP APIs, and related technologies.
• Experience with ITIL-based service management processes and platform governance standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration, configuration, and operational health of the ServiceNow platform.
• Design and maintain workflows, automations, and integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems.
• Lead platform governance by implementing best practices and maintaining security controls across environments.
