Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking skilled ServiceNow Platform Engineers to design, deploy, and support secure, scalable network infrastructures from Irving, TX. Initial duties include access management, group administration, and Level 3 incident support, with plans to automate workflows and expand catalog items.

Located in Irving with hybrid work (3 days onsite, 2 days remote), this 12+ month engagement offers W2 pay at $65–$70/hr. Long-term extensions may be possible as projects evolve.

Qualifications

• Experience with Rest API integrations and ServiceNow administration.
• Hands-on experience managing users, groups, roles and permissions.
• Familiarity with configuring forms, lists, tables, and dictionary entries.
• Ability to review ServiceNow code and implement fixes.
• Prior experience automating access and catalog workflows in ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Manage access requests and group management within the ServiceNow platform.
• Provide Level 3 support for simple ServiceNow incidents.
• Design and implement automated access and group management processes in the ServiceNow catalog.
• Support broader ServiceNow engineering initiatives and projects as automation grows.
• Develop a Health and Stability reporting portal and catalog items in future.
• Build platform integrations and explore AI-driven capabilities to enhance support.

Job description

We are looking for skilled and driven ServiceNow Platform Engineers to join our team and contribute to the design, deployment, and ongoing support of secure, scalable network infrastructures.

Duration: 12+ months with possibility of longer term extensions

Hybrid Roles – 3 days Onsite and 2 days Remote

Location: Irving, TX 75039

Other Locations: Charlotte, NC and Minneapolis, MN

Pay Rate: $65/hr - $70/hr on W2

No C2C or 1099 - Must be able to work directly on our W2 with no 3rd party involved!

MUST HAVE ACTIVE CERTIFICATIONS:

SKILLS:

• Familiarity with Rest API integrations.
• Managing users, groups, roles, and basic instance configuration.
• Configuring role-based access and user/group permissions.
• Configuring tables, forms, lists, fields, and dictionary entries.
• ServiceNow code reviewing.

ROLE:

Initially, the primary responsibility will be managing and fulfilling administrative requests related to access and group management within the ServiceNow platform.

The role will also provide Level 3 support for simple ServiceNow incident tickets assigned to our team.

In addition, this position will help design and implement automated solutions for the current manual access and group management processes, transitioning those requests into the ServiceNow request catalog.

As more administrative work is automated, the role will expand to support broader ServiceNow engineering initiatives and projects.

Examples of future responsibilities may include developing a Health and Stability reporting portal, creating additional ServiceNow catalog items, building platform integrations, and implementing AI-driven capabilities to enhance platform support.
