OmniSolve Inc. is seeking a motivated ServiceNow Junior Developer to join our team and grow skills in developing and maintaining ServiceNow applications for a federal government contract.

Ideal candidates have foundational ServiceNow knowledge, a drive to learn, and the ability to work on ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and NowAssist under senior guidance. This is a remote position with a clear career growth path.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree with relevant IT experience.
• 1-2 years IT experience or internship experience.
• Hands-on ServiceNow experience (6+ months).
• Ability to obtain/maintain Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and configuring ServiceNow apps across ITSM/ITOM/CMDB.
• Create/modify forms, lists, views, UI components.
• Develop simple workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
• Support third-party system integrations.
• Learn NowAssist configuration and AI features.
• Participate in Service Portal customization and widget development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues in ServiceNow apps.
• Document solutions and configurations; assist with upgrades.
