Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2–5+ years in ServiceNow development.
• Ability to obtain ServiceNow CIS in SPM or ITOM domains.
• U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for Secret clearance.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide Script, and PowerShell.
• Strong ITIL/ITSM/ITOM/ITAM knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure ServiceNow applications using CMDB modules.
• Collaborate with business analysts and PMs to gather requirements and design solutions.
• Perform data integration and migration activities for seamless data flow.
• Create and customize catalog items and workflows within ServiceNow.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow implementations.
