Job summary

Anika Systems is a U.S.-based technology consulting firm delivering data, analytics, automation, and IT modernization services. We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, configure, and customize the platform to meet government-related business requirements in a 100% remote role.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in CS or a related field with 3–5 years of ServiceNow experience, strong scripting, workflows, and integrations, and familiarity with ITSM/ITOM processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
Proficiency with ServiceNow development, such as scripting, workflows, and integrations.
Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) processes.
ServiceNow certifications are preferred.
Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Capable of working independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

Develop, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform to fit business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code; ensure quality through reviews.
Perform code reviews and quality checks to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Debug and fix technical problems quickly and effectively.
Produce and run test cases to guarantee software quality.
Document code and application functionality and stay current with platform trends.
