Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited is seeking a Remote ServiceNow ITSM Technical Consultant with deep expertise in platform development, ITSM implementations, integrations, and workflow automation. You will design, configure, develop, and support ITSM solutions, collaborating with architects and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities include configuring ITSM modules, building integrations via REST/SOAP, and advancing workflow automation within an Agile delivery framework.

Qualifications

3-7 years of ServiceNow experience.
Minimum 3 years of ITSM implementation experience.
Hands-on experience with Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.

Responsibilities

Configure and implement ServiceNow ITSM modules: Change Management, Request Management, Knowledge Management, Service Catalog, CMDB.
Develop integrations using REST/ SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
Create and maintain workflow automation and approval processes.
Support upgrades, deployments, and production support activities.
