Job summary

HCLTech is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow developer to support, configure, and extend the ServiceNow platform across Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog. You will drive integrations with other ITSM tools using iPaaS and contribute within an Agile environment.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in ITSM and ServiceNow scripting, plus CSA/CIS/CAD certifications, and familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting the implementation, administration, configuration, and/or development of the ServiceNow tool.
• Minimum total experience in ITSM space of 12-15 years is desired.
• Must have worked on Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST).
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS and CAD are must.
• Understanding of RDBMS and Cloud Management (Azure, AWS) is desired.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, administration, configuration and development of the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop on the ServiceNow platform including core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog and ESM.
• Lead multiple integrations/eBonding with ITSM and non-ITSM tools using iPaaS solutions.
• Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC processes to delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and maintain clear technical documentation.

Preferred Skills:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting the implementation, administration, configuration, and/or development of the ServiceNow tool. Minimum total experience in ITSM space of 12-15 years is desired.
• Must have worked on Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST)
• Administration of a ServiceNow instance including the delegation of groups, modification of CMS, workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, dictionary, catalog items and updates of all other existing solutions requiring revisionsx
• ServiceNow Experience should include scripting in ServiceNow, tool configuration, design work, technical configuration and deployment. Specifically, candidates shall possess the skill to develop on the ServiceNow platform including the creation and/or customization of the core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog and ESM applications as well.
• Must have worked on multiple integrations / eBonding with other ITSM / Non ITSM tools using iPaas solutions.
• Experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology
• Experienced in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes including customer requirement analysis and system design
• ITIL certification is a plus
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS and CAD are must.
• Understanding of RDBMS, Infrastructure components, Cloud Management (Azure, AWS) etc is desired
