Bright Vision Technologies, a technology consulting and software development company, seeks a ServiceNow Platform Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom apps.

The role emphasizes hands-on configuration and development—workflows, Flow Designer, scripting, integrations, UI customization, and platform extensions—delivering upgrade-safe, performant solutions that survive team changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Five or more years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong JavaScript skills including ES5/ES6 patterns used in ServiceNow.
• Deep expertise with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and UI Policies.
• Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Hands‑on integration experience using REST, SOAP, and MID Servers.
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model and CMDB concepts.
• Experience with Service Portal widget development.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) credential.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom scoped applications.
• Hands‑on configuration and development including workflows, scripting, integrations, and UI customization.
• Apply best practices to keep the platform upgrade‑safe, performant, and maintainable.
• Balance declarative and programmatic approaches and ensure production readiness.
