Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a dedicated ServiceNow Developer to support ongoing platform initiatives for a Denver-based client. You will develop and maintain ITSM solutions, configure the ServiceNow platform, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

You will build and enhance Service Catalog items, reporting and dashboards, and perform CMDB cleanup and data quality improvements. Experience with REST API integrations and ESC portal enhancements is required.

Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience developing and configuring ServiceNow.
Deep understanding of the ITSM module.
Experience building and supporting REST API integrations within ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain solutions within the ServiceNow platform, primarily ITSM.
Create and enhance Service Catalog items and ESC portal enhancements.
Execute global platform configuration changes and develop reports/dashboards.
Perform CMDB cleanup and data quality improvement efforts.
Advise on ServiceNow best practices and collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements.
