Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a dedicated ServiceNow Developer to support ongoing platform initiatives for our Anchorage, Alaska based client. This contract role is fully remote, offering $75.00–$95.00 per hour and requires strong hands-on ServiceNow development, ITSM expertise, and REST API integrations.

You will develop and maintain solutions on the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, catalog items, ESC portal enhancements, CMDB data quality, and reporting dashboards.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience developing and configuring ServiceNow.
• Deep understanding of the ITSM module.
• Experience building and supporting REST API integrations within ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain solutions within the ServiceNow platform, primarily focused on the ITSM module
• Create and enhance Service Catalog items
• Support Employee Service Center (ESC) portal enhancements
• Execute global platform configuration changes
• Develop reports, dashboards, and performance analytics
• Perform CMDB cleanup and data quality improvement efforts
• Serve as a trusted advisor on ServiceNow best practices and platform optimization opportunities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Assist with ongoing platform improvements and operational support
