TEKsystems is seeking a dedicated ServiceNow Developer through to support ongoing platform initiatives for our Anchorage, Alaska based client. This contractor will develop and configure ITSM solutions, create catalog items, and enhance the ESC portal while collaborating with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience developing and configuring ServiceNow.
• Deep understanding of the ITSM module.
• Experience building and supporting REST API integrations within ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow ITSM solutions.
• Create and enhance Service Catalog items.
• Support ESC portal enhancements and global platform changes.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.
• Perform CMDB cleanup and data quality improvements.
