Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience developing and configuring ServiceNow.
• Deep understanding of the ITSM module.
• Experience building and supporting REST API integrations within ServiceNow (required).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain solutions within the ServiceNow platform, primarily focused on the ITSM module.
• Create and enhance Service Catalog items
• Support Employee Service Center (ESC) portal enhancements
• Execute global platform configuration changes
• Develop reports, dashboards, and performance analytics
• Perform CMDB cleanup and data quality improvement efforts
• Serve as a trusted advisor on ServiceNow best practices and platform optimization opportunities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Assist with ongoing platform improvements and operational support
