TEKsystems is seeking a dedicated ServiceNow Developer to support ongoing platform initiatives and day-to-day development needs for a Denver-based client. You will develop ITSM solutions, configure, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical outcomes.

This contract role offers remote work with some on-site requirements and an hourly pay rate of $75–$95, depending on experience, with benefits eligibility as part of the engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience developing and configuring ServiceNow.
• Deep understanding of the ITSM module.
• Experience building and supporting REST API integrations within ServiceNow.
• Experience with Service Catalog, Workflows, ESC, Reporting and Dashboards, CMDB.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow ITSM solutions.
• Create and enhance Service Catalog items.
• Support ESC portal enhancements.
• Execute global platform configuration changes.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• CMDB cleanup and data quality improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Assist with ongoing platform improvements and operational support.
