Job summary

ICF is seeking an ITSM Process Implementer to lead ServiceNow ITSM implementations for federal clients, with a focus on CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping. Remote in the USA with occasional on-site at Rockville, MD; travel once yearly may be required.

A CSA and 6+ years of ServiceNow experience are required. The role emphasizes governance, data quality, integrations, and continuous improvement across ITIL-aligned processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• US Citizenship or Green Card required for federal contract work.
• 6+ years of ServiceNow experience including Discovery, Service Mapping, integrations, and CSDM migrations.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the vision and roadmap for CMDB products and services.
• Collaborate with ITSM owners, managers, and stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and validate requirements using agile methodologies.
• Design, configure, and implement the ServiceNow ITSM platform per ITIL best practices.
• Integrate CMDB with Hardware and Software Asset Management. Connect ServiceNow CMDB with Flexera Data Platform.
• Develop SOPs and dashboards for monitoring, auditing, and decision-making.
• Migrate CMDB data from CSDM 3 to CSDM 5 with cross-team collaboration.
• Maintain CMDB accuracy via automated scripts and IRE policies.
• Advance CMDB workspace and transition projects from walk to fly.
