This fully remote US-based role requires availability during East Coast business hours and supports IT modernization initiatives across enterprise modules, integrations, and automation.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, expertise in architecture and integrations, and holds CSA/CAD and CIS certifications. U.S.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
• Architect/lead role on enterprise implementations.
• Proven experience across ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB modules.
• Security clearance requirements: Interim Secret with ability to obtain final Secret.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead architecture, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow across enterprise modules.
• Develop and deploy custom apps and integrations with REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and middleware.
