Job summary

Nordic seeks an experienced ServiceNow ITOM & CMDB Architect to lead the design, implementation, governance, and optimization of ITOM/CMDB capabilities across the enterprise.

The role requires deep ServiceNow expertise, strong IT infrastructure and enterprise architecture background, and hands-on proficiency with CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping. Remote position with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years related experience or Master’s with 6+ years or 11 years with no degree
• 7+ years hands-on ITOM configuring Discovery and building Service Maps
• 5+ years hands-on CMDB foundational experience
• Demonstrated experience designing enterprise-scale CMDB solutions
• Cloud experience with Azure and/or AWS
• Strong ITIL understanding and CM processes
• Must verify ServiceNow certifications during hiring process

Responsibilities

• Define ITOM and CMDB architecture and roadmap
• Lead ServiceNow Discovery implementation and optimization
• Design and implement Service Mapping and application dependency models
• Establish CMDB governance, data quality KPIs, and lifecycle processes
• Architect CMDB integrations with Azure/AWS, VMware, AD, SCCM/MECM, Intune
• Ensure alignment between CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, CSDM, and Service Mapping
