Job summary

Nordic seeks a Service Management CMDB Advisor with deep ITIL expertise and strong ServiceNow/CMDB skills. You will implement and maintain CMDB policies, processes, and life-cycle data across multi-source environments to support reliable IT service delivery.

Responsibilities include ITOM discovery, IRE governance, CSDM 4.0 stewardship, and collaboration with Incident, Change, and Asset teams. Travel may be required; healthcare-domain experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• 5+ years in ServiceNow CMDB/ITOM with ITIL v4 certification.
• Experience leading data governance and service mapping initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead ITOM visibility deployment, including discovery and service mapping.
• Define data source precedence and maintain high-integrity CMDB data.
• Champion CSDM 4.0 adoption and map assets to services and portfolios.
• Collaborate with Incident, Change, and Asset teams to analyze impact.
• Perform configuration audits and maintain CI life-cycle traceability.
