Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience in enterprise environments.
• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow ITAM implementations.
• Hands-on with HAM Pro & SAM Pro, CMDB, Discovery.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with SCCM, Intune, AD, SAP/Oracle/Coupa.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow ITAM implementations (HAM Pro & SAM Pro).
• Conduct workshops and translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Design and configure asset lifecycle processes including procurement, receiving, deployment, inventory, maintenance, and disposal.
• Implement software license management, reclaim processes, compliance reporting, and optimization initiatives.
• Integrate ITAM with CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Procurement, and ITSM processes.
• Define data models, asset classes, lifecycle states, and governance standards.
