Job summary

Yochana IT Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced ServiceNow HAM Pro Senior Consultant / Technical Lead to drive end-to-end hardware asset management capabilities.

You will partner with IT Asset Management, CMDB, IT Operations, Procurement, Finance, Security, and business teams to deliver scalable, governed asset lifecycle processes. Responsibilities include governance, data standards, integrations with CMDB/ERP/HRSD, and producing dashboards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years of ServiceNow and 3+ years IT Asset Management.
• Hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow HAM Pro in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of HAM Pro, ITAM, CMDB, Discovery, CSDM, ITSM, asset-to-CI relationships.
• Experience integrating endpoint and enterprise platforms such as Intune, SCCM, Entra ID, ERP, HRSD systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow HAM Pro delivery including discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Define and optimize hardware asset lifecycle processes from request through disposal.
• Establish HAM governance, data standards, audit readiness, and asset performance measures.
• Integrate HAM Pro with CMDB, Discovery, procurement, ERP, HRSD, and other systems.
• Improve data quality through reconciliation, normalization, and lifecycle compliance.
• Lead data migration, validation, reporting, dashboards, and production readiness.
• Facilitate workshops, present recommendations, manage risks and milestones, coordinate stakeholders.
• Provide technical oversight, review designs, and mentor teams.

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow HAM Pro Senior Consultant / Technical Lead to lead the design, implementation, integration, and continuous improvement of enterprise hardware asset management capabilities. The role combines strong HAM Pro and ITAM functional expertise with ServiceNow platform leadership, stakeholder management, and accountability for high-quality delivery. The successful candidate will partner with IT Asset Management, CMDB, IT Operations, Procurement, Finance, Security, and business teams to establish scalable, governed, and audit-ready hardware asset lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow HAM Pro delivery, including discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Define and optimize hardware asset lifecycle processes covering request, procurement, receiving, inventory, deployment, assignment, transfer, refresh, retirement, and disposal.
• Establish HAM governance, ownership, controls, data standards, audit readiness, and asset performance measures.
• Integrate HAM Pro with CMDB, Discovery, procurement, ERP, HR, endpoint management, warehouse, and vendor systems.
• Improve asset and CI data quality through normalization, reconciliation, duplicate remediation, and lifecycle compliance.
• Lead data migration, validation, reporting, dashboards, documentation, testing, and production readiness.
• Facilitate customer workshops, present solution recommendations, manage delivery risks and milestones, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
• Provide technical oversight, review solution designs and configurations, enforce out-of-the-box-first practices, and mentor delivery teams.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of overall IT experience, including 5+ years of ServiceNow and 3+ years of IT Asset Management experience.
• Hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow HAM Pro in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of HAM Pro, ITAM, CMDB, Discovery, CSDM, ITSM, asset-to-CI relationships, stockrooms, model management, and reconciliation.
• Experience integrating endpoint and enterprise platforms such as Microsoft Intune, SCCM/Configuration Manager, Entra ID, ERP, procurement, and HRSD systems.
• Strong leadership, consulting, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
