Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience specializing in ServiceNow development.
• Active ServiceNow CAD and/or CSA certifications.
• Proficient in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow Studio.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and integrations.
• Analyze requirements, user stories, and wireframes to deliver performant technical solutions.
• Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, and automation with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Perform code reviews, set development standards, and enforce security best practices.
• Troubleshoot platform issues, manage upgrades, and deploy new modules.
• Create documentation and provide training to stakeholders.
• Support RMF, FedRAMP, and the software accreditation process.
