Job summary

SAIC seeks a mid-level ServiceNow Software Developer to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions that streamline IT operations and asset management for clients. This role is remote across the United States, with strict eligibility for U.S. citizenship and Secret clearance.

You will configure CMDB modules, integrate with third-party systems, and collaborate with analysts and project managers to deliver robust ITOM/ITAM functionalities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 2–5+ years in ServiceNow development and configuration.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain Secret clearance.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide Script, and PowerShell.
• Experience with ITIL/ITSM/ITOM/ITAM and REST/SOAP APIs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure ServiceNow applications using CMDB modules for clients.
• Collaborate with analysts and project managers to gather requirements and design solutions.
• Perform data analysis, integrations, and migrations for accurate data flow.
• Test, troubleshoot, and maintain ServiceNow implementations for uptime and quality.
• Stay updated on ServiceNow features and best practices to drive improvement.
