Job summary

NuAxis is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our remote IT team supporting federal clients. You will configure, customize, and optimize the ServiceNow platform across modules, build workflows, dashboards, and integrations to meet mission-critical needs.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years on ServiceNow, strong JavaScript and web tech skills, and experience with ITIL processes. This is a full-time remote role offering collaboration with cross-functional teams and opportunities to influence

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required.
ServiceNow Developer and Implementation or Architect certification.
Experience integrating legacy tools with ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

Configure and enhance all aspects of ServiceNow, including workflow, UI, client scripts, business rules, catalogs, orchestration and more.
Develop Dashboards and reports for IT users.
Provide programming expertise with JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, XML, AJAX, JQuery, Bootstrap and Shell Scripting.
Partner with Product Management to transform business needs into ServiceNow features.
Provide high-level estimations and breakdowns for features, epics, and stories.
Identify platform release opportunities and stay current with Now and Next versions.
