Job summary

NetImpact Strategies seeks a ServiceNow Business Analyst & Quality Engineer to provide independent analysis and release assurance for a Federal Agency's ServiceNow platform. You will own requirements gathering, automated and regression testing, test evidence, defect analysis, and post-production verification to increase delivery speed without compromising reliability, security, or upgradeability.

This role requires U.S. citizenship and a post-award Government background investigation.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of business analysis and software quality engineering or test automation experience.
• Two or more years of hands-on ServiceNow testing experience, including ATF, regression testing, and validation.
• Experience designing risk-based test plans, traceability, and post-production validation.
• Experience testing REST/SOAP or IntegrationHub integrations and cross-system transactions.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to satisfy background investigations.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business needs, stories, and acceptance criteria for ServiceNow changes.
• Maintain backlog artifacts and planning data in ServiceNow/SLA or approved structures.
• Coordinate UAT with product owners and stakeholders and ensure traceability of defects and outcomes.
• Own the platform test strategy, release-quality evidence, and regression testing standards.
• Design and execute ATF suites covering forms, workflows, integrations, and catalogs.
• Prepare release evidence including test plans, cases, and execution results.
