Job summary

Koniag Government Services is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Administrator to support IT Call Center operations for government clients in a remote capacity. You will handle day-to-day admin tasks, maintain modules, and implement workflow automations to ensure efficient incident, request, and knowledge management.

The role requires 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, strong ITIL understanding, and the ability to work in a remote environment with disciplined documentation and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, IS or related field (relevant experience may substitute).
• 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow administration in structured IT service delivery.
• CSA certification or progress toward certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Administer day-to-day ServiceNow platform operations: user/group management, roles, ACLs, and config.
• Monitor health and performance; identify and resolve issues to minimize downtime.
• Configure and maintain ITSM modules: Incident, Request, Problem, Knowledge, Service Catalog.
