Job summary

Koniag Data Services, LLC (KDS), a Koniag Government Services company, seeks an experienced ServiceNow Application Architect to support government customers. This remote role requires strong architecture, development, and platform administration skills to design, implement, and document enterprise solutions on ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in ServiceNow development.
• Experience with ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, SecOps, and Now UI workspaces.
• Preferred CAD or CTA certifications.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design ServiceNow solutions aligned with IT strategy.
• Administer platform operations including ATO, patching, upgrades.
• Implement hands-on development spanning out-of-the-box and custom apps.
• Support business development and contribute to proposals.
