Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a remote ServiceNow Administrator to provide enterprise support for the ServiceNow platform and handle ticketing, troubleshooting, enhancements and ongoing maintenance to ensure IT operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities include migrating ITSM tools, configuring users, roles, workflows, and service catalog items; supporting ITSM modules like Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge; creating and maintaining workflows, reports and dashboards; and assisting with upgrades

Qualifications

2–3+ years of experience in ServiceNow administration.
Experience with ITSM, ITIL, Service Catalog, Flow Designer and record producers.
Experience migrating ITSM tools/platforms.
Freshservice experience.
ServiceNow certifications.

Responsibilities

Provide enterprise support for the ServiceNow platform, including ticketing, troubleshooting, enhancements and maintenance.
Configure and maintain users, roles, groups, permissions, workflows, forms and system configurations.
Support core ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge Management.
Create and maintain workflows, business rules, notifications, reports, dashboards, and service catalog items.
Assist with ServiceNow upgrades, testing, enhancements and ongoing platform optimization.
