Koniag Services Inc. in Nashville is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Administrator/Developer to support the IT Call Center platform for government clients.Responsibilities include configuration, development, maintenance, and performance analytics to ensure efficient call center operations.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, CSA certification, and strong ITIL knowledge. Federal contracting experience is a plus; security clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/IS from an accredited college or university.
• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow administration and development.
• Experience configuring Incident, Request, Problem, Knowledge, and Service Catalog modules.
• Experience developing ServiceNow workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and reporting solutions.
• ServiceNow CSA certification.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform with user/group management and access controls.
• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions including custom apps, workflows, forms, fields, rules, and UI policies.
• Gather requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow configurations and development.
• Develop and maintain workflows, Flow Designer automations, and orchestration processes for ticketing and routing.
• Configure and maintain Incident, Request, Problem, Knowledge, and Service Catalog modules.
• Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and analytics for SLA and performance visibility.
• Perform platform health checks, upgrades, patch management, and maintenance.
• Develop integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems in the IT Call Center program.
• Conduct testing (unit, system, UAT) and maintain technical documentation.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support and training materials for call center staff.
• Ensure configurations comply with federal security requirements and agency policies.
• Stay current on ServiceNow updates and best practices.
