Job summary

Gravity IT Resources invites a seasoned ServiceNow Analyst/Developer to administer, configure, and extend the ServiceNow platform in a remote contract setting. You will implement workflows, integrations, and automations to support ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and related modules, while collaborating with IT and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow administration, configuration, and development experience in an enterprise environment.
• CSA certification is required.
• Strong experience with JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with Flow Designer, workflow automation, and ServiceNow platform enhancements.
• Experience supporting ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules.
• Hands-on experience with CMDB, Discovery, and configuration management processes.
• Experience building and maintaining REST/SOAP API integrations and working with IntegrationHub.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications, workflows, and platform functionality.
• Build and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and other customizations.
• Design and implement workflow automations using Flow Designer.
• Support improvements across ITSM, ITOM, and other enterprise ServiceNow modules.
• Identify opportunities to improve platform efficiency, automation, and user experience.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications.
• Configure REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and related integration technologies.
• Support data synchronization and integration workflows across systems.
• Troubleshoot integration errors, data issues, and performance problems.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to ensure reliable integrations.
