Job summary

Sarah's Appliance Repair seeks a Remote Service Administrator to act as the first point of contact for customers and coordinate with technicians. The role focuses on scheduling, records accuracy, and clear communication to ensure service calls are set up for success.

Remote position supporting facilities in Utah, New Mexico, and Idaho, with preferred candidates in those states but open to qualified applicants nationwide. Competitive $17–$19/hour, 20–40 hours weekly, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service, scheduling, dispatching, or office administration preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone calls, emails, text messages, and voicemails.
• Create service requests and schedule customer appointments.
• Follow up on scheduling, approvals, payments, and updates.
• Assist with technician routing and daily schedule coordination.
• Monitor active and incomplete service calls and review notes.
• Process receipts and maintain accurate job records.
• Review warranty service requests and assist with paperwork.
• Monitor inboxes and support tickets, communicating clearly during shifts.
• Provide professional, patient, and empathetic customer service.
