Jobgether SRL in the United States is seeking a Service Coordinator (Pacific Time Zone) to oversee daily service and installation scheduling across locations nationwide. This fully remote role coordinates service technicians, manages repair requests, and resolves scheduling challenges to maintain smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in service dispatching, strong CRM experience (Salesforce), and excellent communication and organizational skills

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC, plumbing, service dispatching, or a related service coordination function.
• Proficiency with CRM software, particularly Salesforce.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, technicians, subcontractors, and employees at all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule daily service calls and installation-related activities across locations nationwide.
• Coordinate technicians, manage repair requests, and resolve scheduling challenges.
• Serve as liaison between customers, field staff, subcontractors, and management to ensure clear communication and timely follow-up.
• Create work orders detailing required materials and work to be completed, ensuring technicians have the information needed to perform service activities.
• Maintain consistent communication with service technicians, senior service management, and production management across locations to coordinate schedules and resolve obstacles.
• Upload service tickets, photographs, and relevant documentation into Salesforce CRM.
• Arrange and schedule subcontractors when necessary to support service requirements.
• Identify scheduling conflicts, delays, and other logistical challenges while supporting efficient workflows.
