Job summary

Zscaler is seeking a remotely based Service Sales Manager to join the Solution Consulting team. You will scope and sell Professional Services, partnering with license sales to drive time‑to‑value and align deployment outcomes across enterprise and commercial sectors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience selling Professional Services or Technology Solutions.
• 5+ years of experience building and maintaining relationships with key partners.
• 2+ years of experience mastering SOW and proposal processes.
• 3+ years of technical experience with Security technologies, Networking, SaaS and IaaS.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Articulate and sell the value of Professional Services to enterprise accounts.
• Work with Regional Sales Managers, Sales Engineers, and Architects to define integrated service proposals.
• Own Services bookings quota in the assigned territory while achieving target attach rates.
• Execute technical scoping, producing proposals, SOWs, and resource plans for complex solutions.
• Lead training discovery and position training recommendations in proposals.
