Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Service Sales Engineer to drive growth in Finland from a remote, virtual setup. You will build long-term customer relationships, identify service sales opportunities, and deliver high-value HVAC service solutions while promoting energy-efficient, reliable offerings.

You will support customers technically and commercially, collaborate with internal teams on scoping and pricing, and lead negotiations to achieve service sales targets while expanding the service

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in B2B service sales or technical equipment sales.
• Industrial environment experience preferred.
• Fluent in Finnish and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop aftersales business by building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
• Identify sales opportunities and prepare service proposals, present solutions and lead negotiations.
• Sell Trane’s service portfolio: maintenance agreements, start-ups, digital services, retrofits, replacements.
• Provide technical and commercial support to customers with professional service.
• Build trust and maintain high service quality in all customer interactions.
• Conduct site visits as needed in varied environments.
• Report key sales metrics and monitor market trends for opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate scoping, pricing, and integration of equipment, controls, and service.
• Achieve service sales targets and other business development goals.
