Talentoma is seeking an Implementation Coordinator to move client requests from approved status to a ready-to-use service. The role sits on the implementation team and collaborates with client contacts, implementation specialists, and internal partners.

This is a fully remote role based in Michigan, United States, requiring a 40-hour weekly commitment. Responsibilities include coordinating kickoff activities, guiding clients through setup steps, tracking milestones, and ensuring clear handoffs

Formación

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Jira and Calendly.
• Strong written communication and updates.
• Ability to review requirements and identify missing details.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor requests and tickets for new implementation tasks and updates.
• Record complete notes in the workspace with goals, contacts, and timing.
• Create/update task plans in project management tools with owners and due dates.
• Coordinate kickoff activities and share agenda details with the team.
