Job summary

Qualfon is hiring a Remote - Service Dispatch Representative in South Carolina to coordinate field operations, manage technician schedules, and ensure timely service resolutions. Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Call Center experience required.
• At least 1 year of work at home experience required.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills.
• Professional and articulate voice.
• Ability to multi-task in several computer apps while talking to a customer.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, sometimes hectic environment and stay professional.

Responsibilities

• Monitor technician availability and job queues throughout the day.
• Assign and track field jobs using dispatch platforms and outage tools.
• Respond to Priority 1 and 2 alarms, escalations and fallout from missed appointments.
• Communicate ETAs and job updates to internal teams and customers.
• Document job status and actions in Teams, email, and tracking systems.
• Collaborate across shifts to ensure smooth handoffs and continuity.
