Job summary

World Wide Technology is seeking a Contract Specialist to own service contract management, renewals, and reporting in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment. You will coordinate with Inside Sales, Procurement, and account teams to ensure timely renewals and proper order setup in our systems.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a proactive mindset. You will work within the SCLO team, driving improvements and supporting customer engagements across OEM offerings.

Qualifications

• Combination of education, training and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 1-3 years of technology vendor relationship development experience preferred.
• Demonstrated relatable business process experience preferred.
• Subject matter expert in technology partner processes a plus.
• Passion for learning and continued education regarding OEM service offerings and policies.
• Ability to prioritize and perform work in required time frames.
• Capability to multi-task and adapt to change.
• Effective communication and timely responsiveness.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Detail oriented and critical thinker.
• Willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains strong working relationships with WWT account teams and internal operations.
• Assists with identifying and quoting OEM service contract renewals.
• Maintains baseline processes for Quoting and Service Contract Management.
• Maintains proficiency in OEM and WWT Service Contract Tools.
• Keeps detailed records in Customer Profiles (deal IDs, discounts, endpoints, contacts, co-term dates).
• Runs and maintains renewal reports for customers' OEM service contracts.
• Quotations for renewals 90-120 days prior to expiration to support on-time bookings.
• Provides Renewal Status of Opportunities to SCLO Program Specialist and Management.
• Serves as a resource for account teams on services, contracts, policies and tools.
• Suggests improvements to the SCLO team's success.
