You will support pre-sales and renewal activities, manage pricing, assets, and contracts for third-party services, and coordinate across Sales, Engineering, Administration and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum one year in a communications or business environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with Cisco services and other OEMs (Palo Alto, Juniper, Aruba) preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce preferred.
• Comfort with adopting emerging AI tools to optimize processes.

Responsibilities

• Actively manages medium and large customer renewals from identification to renewal decision.
• Manages Salesforce Opportunity queue to ensure SLAs and quality metrics are met.
• Conduct complex account, contract and record keeping analysis for maintenance renewals.
• Obtain maintenance pricing following NWN and partner discounts.
• Engage with manufacturers to obtain competitive pricing.
• Generate pre-sales and renewal contracts for maintenance and/or service offers.
• Drive the contract/invoice request process and escalate issues when necessary.
• Ensure on-time closure of maintenance agreements.
• Serve as maintenance subject matter expert for account research and analysis.
• Achieve sales objectives and KPIs as determined by management.
