Job summary

Wheels, Inc. is seeking a Service Advisor II to manage maintenance repairs for our clients, negotiating with vendors and approving repairs within client parameters.

You will document transactions, coordinate with drivers, shops, and fleet managers, and ensure timely, cost-effective service per Wheels standards. The role emphasizes accuracy in administration and a consultative approach to repair recommendations, aiming to minimize downtime while maintaining client instructions and approval

Qualifications

• ASE C1 certification achieved within 12 months.
• 1–2 years automotive experience or equivalent training.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred.
• Fleet industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Authorize repairs within client parameters and research pricing.
• Handle calls from drivers, vendors, and fleet managers; create POs.
• Ensure safety-related and scheduled repairs are completed.
• Negotiate repair pricing using Wheels Network rates.
• Document transactions and communications accurately.
• Submit warranty adjustments for eligible repairs.
• Follow center procedures and meet KPIs.
