Job summary

Wheels, Inc. is seeking a Service Advisor II to manage maintenance repairs for our clients. You will negotiate with vendors on repair procedures, cost effective pricing, and vehicle downtime, ensuring client instructions and approval parameters are followed.

In this role you will authorize repairs, handle calls from drivers and fleet managers, create purchase orders, and document transactions. You will use industry guides and maintain strong communication to minimize downtime while upholding

Qualifications

• 1–2 years automotive experience or equivalent technical education.
• ASE C1 certification required within first 12 months.
• High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Authorize repairs on behalf of Wheels' Clients within client parameters and research pricing for parts and labor.
• Handle calls from drivers, vendors, shops, and fleet managers and create purchase orders for maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure safety-related and scheduled repairs are completed.
• Negotiate repair costs using published fleet prices or Wheels Network rates.
• Adhere to parts and labor reference guides for pricing and times.
• Document transactions and follow up in the activity log.
