Job summary

Sames Auto Group is seeking an organized Internal Service Advisor to coordinate repairs for dealership inventory, loaner vehicles, dealer trades, and company vehicles. You will manage internal repair orders from start to finish and collaborate with techs, Parts, Sales and Accounting to keep vehicles moving.

In a fast-paced environment, you’ll balance attention to detail with proactive problem solving, ensuring recon cycles stay short and frontline-ready vehicles are delivered on time.

Qualifications

• Previous Service Advisor or dealership service experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and follow-up abilities.
• Automotive knowledge and understanding of repair processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal repair orders from start to finish.
• Coordinate repairs for inventory, used vehicles, dealer trades, and loaner vehicles.
• Schedule and prioritize work with technicians and shop management.
• Work closely with Parts, Sales, Service, and Accounting to keep vehicles moving efficiently
• Review repair orders for accuracy and ensure timely completion.
• Help reduce recon cycle times and get vehicles frontline-ready faster.
