Job summary

ANDRITZ seeks a Service Account Manager to develop and grow customer relationships across the Western United States. You will identify opportunities, deliver value through service solutions, and work with engineering, service, and product teams to meet customer objectives.

The role requires extensive travel (up to 80%), excellent CRM discipline, and a proven track record in sales and account management within the pulp and paper industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent; required industry knowledge preferred.
• Proven success in sales, account management, and customer relationship growth.
• Strong understanding of paper industry workflows and customer operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow customer relationships across Western US.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities for ANDRITZ Paper Service products.
• Collaborate with engineering, service, project management, and product teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Lead customer meetings, technical discussions, and account reviews.
