ANDRITZ is seeking a Service Account Manager to join our Paper Services team supporting customers across the Western United States. The role emphasizes building strong relationships with paper mills, identifying opportunities, and delivering value through ANDRITZ service solutions.

The ideal candidate has a background in sales/account management within the pulp and paper industry, excellent communication skills, and willingness to travel up to 80% of the time from a home-office setup.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the pulp and paper industry.
• Proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, manage, and grow customer relationships throughout the Western U.S.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities across ANDRITZ Paper Service products and solutions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding customer operations, challenges, and business objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering, service, project management, and product teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Lead customer meetings, technical discussions, presentations, and account reviews.
• Maintain territory plans, forecasts, opportunity pipelines, and customer activity within CRM systems.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and implement strategies that support long-term account growth and retention.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities within the pulp and paper industry.
