The Senior Financial Systems Analyst will be the end-to-end expert for Zuora, owning platform administration and daily system support across Billing, Collections, and Revenue Accounting teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Finance or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years with Zuora Billing and RevPro.
• In-depth ASC 606 revenue recognition knowledge.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to write clean queries.
• Ability to independently partner with Finance and IT teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Administer and own configuration of the Zuora platform, including Billing and Revenue/RevPro.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and designs.
• Triage issues and identify bug fixes for Zuora with third-party resources.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements.
• Participate in all stages of the SDLC for Zuora-related changes and impacts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment.
• Ensure configurations meet audit and SOX compliance.
