Ensono, a leading mainframe and cloud services provider, seeks a Senior Mainframe Systems Programmer for z/OS. The role focuses on installation, testing, and maintenance of z/OS, PARMLIB, JES2, and related tools, with on-call and incident handling.

You will work in a large enterprise environment, require 10+ years of mainframe experience, a Bachelor's degree, and strong fault diagnosis, Unix System Services, and ISPF skills. Remote work option available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years of mainframe experience in a large enterprise.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong knowledge of z/OS, SMP/E, TSO/ISPF, SDSF and JCL.
• Unix System Services (USS) and security concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Install, test and implement new z/OS systems and related software.
• Maintain, tune, and debug system software and components.
• Handle incident, problem and change management.
• Configure PARMLIB and JES2, setup parameters.
• Communicate with vendors and participate in technical projects.
