Ensono seeks a Senior Mainframe Systems Programmer to install, test, and maintain z/OS and related system software. The role involves on-call support, incident resolution, and collaboration with vendors to implement changes. Strong debugging and analytical skills are required.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 10+ years in mainframe environments, and hands-on expertise with z/OS, SMP/E, and JES2. Remote opportunities are available with flexible client-site requirements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years in a mainframe environment within a large enterprise.
• Strong knowledge of z/OS and z/OS installation & maintenance (SMP/E).
• Working knowledge of TSO/ISPF, SDSF, JCL.
• Unix System Services (USS) knowledge including file system & security.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in on-call schedule.
• Incident, problem, and change handling for z/OS environments.
• Configure and customize system parameters.
• Coordinate with vendors and participate in technical projects.
• Maintain understanding of z/OS components and related software.
